Among the pulverizing parts, the pulverizing claws and the hammer pieces are the wearing parts in the molino de maíz, and are also the main components affecting the pulverizing quality and productivity. The pulverizing claws and the hammer pieces should be replaced in time after being worn. When the jaw crusher replaces the claws, the disc should be pulled out first. Before pulling out, first open the round nut lock piece on the back of the disc, use a hook wrench to unscrew the round nut, and then pull the disc out with a special puller. In order to ensure the balance of the rotor operation, it is necessary to pay attention to the complete set of replacement when changing the teeth. After the replacement, static balance test should be done to make the molino de maíz work stable. Be sure to tighten the nut when assembling the jaws, and be careful not to miss the spring washer. The qualified parts should be selected when changing the teeth. The weight difference of the single teeth should be no more than 1.0-1.5 grams.
