What is a soybean peeling machine?
A soybean peeler removes the outer skin of a wide range of pulses (e.g., soybeans, mung beans, red beans, chickpeas, lentils, and fava beans) with a peeling rate of 98% or more.
It enhances flavor, reduces off-flavors and improves the texture of final products such as soy milk, tofu and snacks.
Why peel before processing?
