Machine selection and customer expectations

- Integrity rate and crushing rate: the customer wants the rice to have a high integrity rate and a low crushing rate to ensure the taste and quality of the rice.
- Precision and color of finished rice: the combination rice mill machine is required to be able to control precisely and produce white rice with uniform color and clean and free of impurities.
- Rice temperature control: the customer wants the machine to be able to effectively control the rice temperature and reduce the heat generated during the rice milling process, to maintain the nutrients and taste of the rice.
To meet these requirements, we recommend a complete set of 30TPD rice milling plant equipment, including a rice color sorter, to ensure that the quality of the final finished rice meets the customer’s high standards.
