Customer background and production needs
The Senegalese customer runs a local grain processing plant. With abundant local paddy resources and rising market demand for polished white rice, the client planned to build a small-scale rice processing workshop.
After equipment comparison, they purchased our complete 15TPD standard rice milling set to realize full automatic paddy cleaning, husking, and whitening.
Core performance of integrated rice milling line
This integrated rice mill production line is designed for small and medium-grain factories with a daily output of 15 tons of finished white rice.
It combines cleaning, dehusking, rice polishing, and grading functions in one matched unit, featuring a compact layout, low power consumption, and easy operation. All components passed strict pre-delivery debugging to adapt to African paddy processing conditions.
Equipment packaging & shipment loading site
All 15TPD integrated rice milling line machines and spare parts were wrapped with moisture-proof and anti-collision materials, then packed in export wooden cases.
At the loading site, workers hoisted and fixed the whole set firmly inside the container to prevent damage during long-distance sea transportation to Senegal. Real on-site shipment photos are attached for reference.
After-sales technical support
We provide remote installation guidance, machine operation training, and long-term spare parts supply. Our technical team will track equipment operation to help the customer launch stable rice production quickly.
