A total of 12 units of silage harvester machine finished export packaging and were shipped to Vietnam. The order includes 9 sets of 1.3m silage harvesters with baskets and tires, plus 3 sets of 2.0m silage harvesters without baskets and tires. These machines will support the customer’s local large‑scale forage collection work.
Customer background and project requirements
The Vietnamese customer is a large agricultural cooperative. It runs multiple cattle‑raising bases and grows massive forage crops for livestock feed.
Previously, the team relied on labor‑intensive manual harvesting. Low efficiency could not keep up with the demand for silage production. The customer planned to upgrade mechanized harvesting capacity.
After comparing different suppliers, they placed an order for our complete silage harvester machine units to match different field working conditions.
Main parameters of the silage harvester machines
The silage harvester machine is tractor‑driven via a PTO connection, suitable for cutting and collecting fresh forage in farmland.
- 9 sets 1.3m model: harvesting width 1.3m, silo volume 1.5m³, working capacity around 0.25‑0.48 hectare per hour
- 3 sets 2.0m model: harvesting width 2.0m, spraying height over 4m, working capacity around 0.36‑0.72 hectare per hour
All units require tractors above 70HP for supporting power. Actual output changes according to crop types and field environment.
Pre‑shipment inspection and preparation
Before packing, every machine went through full‑function running inspection. Our team checked PTO parts, belt sets and quick connectors one by one to guarantee stable field performance.
We confirmed configuration differences for the two models with the customer. All spare fittings were sorted and marked separately for easy receiving.
Export packing and shipment scene
All machines got anti‑rust treatment for long‑distance sea transportation. Key components received shock‑resistant protection. Equipment was securely fixed inside shipping containers.
The whole loading process was recorded with photos and sent to the customer. The full batch is now on the way to Vietnam.
After‑sales service support
We supply complete English operation manuals for the silage harvester machine. Our technical team provides online remote guidance for installation, parameter adjustment, and daily maintenance. We provide long-term spare parts supply for the customer’s farm operation.
