A client from Zimbabwe purchased our straw crusher picker baler machine, along with a silage feed mixer. The customer operates a medium-sized agribusiness integrating corn cultivation with cattle and sheep farming.

Why purchase a straw crusher picker baler machine?

  • The region has extensive corn cultivation, generating large volumes of corn stalks during harvest season each year.
  • Previously, straw was primarily stored outdoors or subjected to minimal processing, resulting in low utilization rates.
  • Simultaneously, cattle and sheep feed relied heavily on external purchases, with costs continuously rising.

To enhance straw resource utilization and achieve feed self-sufficiency, the client plans to establish a complete silage harvesting and feed processing workflow for long-term, stable livestock feed supply.

Equipment configuration and procurement plan

Based on the client’s operational requirements and ranch scale, we configured a combined solution featuring a straw shredder-pickup-baling machine and a feed mixer. This covers key stages from straw recovery to feed processing.

  • The corn straw shredder-pickup-baler primarily handles field collection, shredding, and baling of corn silage straw for convenient storage and transportation.
  • The feed mixer blends silage straw with other feed ingredients to meet daily cattle and sheep feeding requirements.

We completed equipment production, inspection, and full-unit commissioning as scheduled, followed by unified packaging and loading for shipment.

The equipment has been successfully dispatched to Zimbabwe and will be deployed at local ranches to harvest corn silage straw and process cattle/sheep feed.
