Soybean thresher machine structure and working principle
This soybean thresher has 6 core assemblies: frame, automatic feeding hopper, threshing roller, cleaning system, transmission mechanism and traveling mechanism.

- Automatic Feeding Hopper: Driven by V-belt and chain to feed soybeans steadily into the threshing roller.
- Threshing Roller Assembly: Consists of drum, separating sieve, guard plate, cover and impurity outlet. The spiked roller rubs and beats pods against the separating sieve. Soybean grains fall onto vibrating sieve while straw exits from the drum end.
- Three-air-channel Cleaning System: Equipped with primary fish-scale sieve, secondary long-hole sieve and three fans. Light impurities are sucked away, large residues are discharged, and clean grains go to automatic bagging.
