As the scale of livestock operations continues to expand, the customer faces the following challenges:

To reduce labor costs and ensure silage storage quality, the client decided to purchase multiple silage balers and wrappers at once to support simultaneous operations across multiple processing sites.
Shipping of silage round bale wrappers
During preliminary talks, the client specified operational requirements (processing speed, bale specs, equipment operation). Our technical team delivered a tailored configuration plan, and the contract was signed upon mutual confirmation.
After factory production, debugging and quality checks, 10 silage baler-wrappers were shipped in standard containers, along with essential installation accessories and operation manuals to facilitate quick on-site deployment.
Upon delivery, the equipment will boost silage processing efficiency, cut labor costs and forage loss significantly. It will also support the client’s efficient feed production during peak seasons and lay the groundwork for future expansion of its livestock farming and processing businesses.
