The feeding port is on the upper part of the upper cover of the machine, and the corn cob enters the threshing chamber through the feeding port, and the corn kernels fall off when they collides in the rotor which is subjected to high-speed rotation in the threshing chamber, and separated through the mesh hole, and a baffle arranged at the lower part of the feeding inlet to prevent the accident of falling off corn kernels splashing on workers.

The efficiency of a large corn thresher depends on the length and diameter of the rotator, you can choose the version of machine according to the threshing efficiency needed. The nail on the rotor is the part inclining wearing, so the wear condition should be checked frequently. When the parts wear a quarter of the whole nail, the new nails can be repaired or replaced by electric welding. If one nail is repaired, all of them must be repaired or replaced to ensure the balance of the rotor. The screen cloth is fragile, if damages happen to them it should be replaced.
