How does the branch shredder machine work?

When the branch chipper is in operation, a diesel or electric motor drives the main shaft to rotate at high speed. The high-speed steel blades on the cutting roller work in conjunction with the stationary blades to perform continuous cutting.

The hydraulic feeding system automatically feeds branches evenly into the grinding chamber. After undergoing high-speed cutting, tearing, and crushing, the wood is transformed into uniform wood chips, which are then discharged through a 360° adjustable outlet by high-speed airflow.
