第三， 移栽机 手柄转向性能差
在水稻移栽机的实际操作中，如果手柄的转向性能差，可能与操作侧离合器的间隙过大有关。应相应调整反向离合器线和手柄，将间隙控制在0.5到1.5毫米的正常范围内。
第四， 移栽机 种植混乱

如果田地深度超过30毫米，应排出至约20毫米，或适当减慢插入速度。
如果水稻田的表面过软，应将传感器杆移向软的方向或延迟插入时间。
如果是由水稻田的表土引起的，应将土壤重新碾压至适合苗木的硬度，或适当减慢移栽速度。
如果推送器与插针之间的间隙过大，插爪变形或损坏，应及时更换插爪，清洁或更换导向轴，并将推送器与插针之间的间隙调整到标准范围内。
如果苗木因苗木形态差和根系生长不良而容易脱落，应取出苗木，调整移栽速度，避免苗木开裂。
如果苗木因苗床的土壤质量受到损害，应在移栽前对苗床进行适当的筛选，以便移栽操作更容易。
