五、插秧机积累

六、插秧机间歇输送

插秧机不工作的原因比较复杂：一可能是桃形轮定位键损坏或缺失；二是可能是桃形轮定位键损坏或缺失。二是可能是送料轮与桃形轮卡住；最后，可能是凸轮线缺失或断线。
排除方法是打开工作驱动器盖，拆下两个回位弹簧，安装新的回位弹簧。如果两轮出现相位差，就是桃形轮和送料磨损造成的。此时应将桃形轮或送料轮拆下，用镘刀将工作表面抹平；若磨损严重，应更换；如果出现插针或按键现象，则应更换新器件。
