青贮捆包机和包裹机的概述

The motor power drives the air compressor to run. The compressed air generated by the air pump is delivered to the air storage cylinder to the air pressure of the air storage cylinder. When the working pressure (0.6~0.8Mpa) is reached, turn on the switch of the air storage cylinder to supply air to the solenoid valve of the 青贮 strapping machine.
开启配电箱的绿色启动按钮。在备用机正常运行3到5分钟后，操作员会均匀地将稻草铺在输送带上。输送带会逐渐将稻草输送到捆包机的筒仓。旋转滚筒驱动稻草一起旋转，随着稻草的送料，捆包逐渐增大。

捆包膜部分的工艺
麻绳从左端开始缠绕一圈后，返回刀具位置，刀片切断麻绳，缠绕结束。
控制系统发出第二次指令。开启气缸移动，气缸杆伸出，可动门打开。捆包在惯性作用下自动滚落到青贮捆包机和包裹机的旋转架上。气缸杆收缩，可动门关闭，输送带转动，捆包将自动进入下一工作周期。
控制系统发出第三次指令。膜电机旋转，膜夹夹紧膜的一端，开始包膜。旋转两圈后，膜夹松开。当膜缠绕到预定层数时，膜停止，旋转架返回起始位置。
控制系统发出第四次指令，包装旋转气缸的气缸杆伸出，包装机翻转。
在转动过程中，刀片切断薄膜，膜夹夹紧薄膜。捆包掉落到运输手推车上，气缸杆收缩，青贮捆包机落到工作位置。包裹机自动进入下一个工作周期。另一操作员将捆包运输到存放位置。
