- The equipment is equipped with 2mm and 2.5mm double-size screens, which can flexibly switch between ultra-fine feed and coarse pellet formulations to meet the nutritional requirements of different poultry growth stages.
- The 30kW motor with electric control cabinet can still operate stably even under the high temperature of 40℃ in Thailand, and the energy consumption is 15% lower than that of similar equipments.
- The 9FQ crusher milling machine comes with 4 belts and 20 hammer blades, and with the quick-release structure design, it is easy to complete the screen replacement and daily maintenance.
- In addition to corn milling, the equipment can process common local raw materials such as cassava and soybean meal, and can be extended to aqua feed processing in the future.
