صيانة مقص القش

The maintenance of various قاطع القش is basically the same.

① قبل التشغيل، افحص وضبط المكونات وفقًا للوائح، ثم قم بتنفيذ العمل بعد تلبية المتطلبات الفنية.

② يجب دائمًا الحفاظ على حافة الشفرة المتحركة والثابتة حادة، وإلا يجب تفكيكها وتحديبها.

③ بعد كل شهر من الاستخدام، يجب إزالة وتنظيف الكراسي على جانبي العمود الرئيسي والكراسي على جانبي عمود تغذية العجلة، ثم إعادة حقنها بالدهون، ثم تركيبها. إذا كانت هناك فتحات تعبئة زيت في أجزاء دوارة أخرى، استخدم دائمًا مسدس دهون لملء الشحم أثناء الاستخدام.

④ When the قاطع القش is deactivated, the surface dust and dirt should be erased. If the parking time is long, cover it with a tarpaulin to prevent the machine from rusting. If the parking time is long or not used after the season, the machine should be fully maintained and placed in a dry and ventilated place.
