The maintenance of various chaff cutter is basically the same.

① قبل التشغيل، قم بفحص المكونات وضبطها وفقًا للوائح، ثم قم بتنفيذ العمل بعد تلبية المتطلبات الفنية.

② يجب أن تحافظ الشفرات المتحركة والثابتة دائمًا على حافة القطع حادة، وإلا فيجب تفكيكها وشحذها.

③ بعد كل شهر من الاستخدام، يجب إزالة وتنظيف المحامل الموجودة على جانبي العمود الرئيسي والمحامل الموجودة على جانبي عمود بكرة التغذية، وإعادة حقنها بالشحم، ثم تركيبها. إذا كانت هناك فتحات لملء الزيت في الأجزاء الدوارة الأخرى، فاستخدم دائمًا مسدس الشحوم لملء الشحوم أثناء الاستخدام.

④ When the chaff cutter is deactivated, the surface dust and dirt should be erased. If the parking time is long, cover it with a tarpaulin to prevent the machine from rusting. If the parking time is long or not used after the season, the machine should be fully maintained and placed in a dry and ventilated place.
