About the Canadian customer
The customer operates a commercial greenhouse nursery farm in Canada. They are expanding their vegetable seedling production scale. Previously they mainly relied on manual tray sowing work, which consumed large amounts of labor and limited daily output.
To improve sowing efficiency and seedling consistency, they looked for automated nursery equipment. After technical communication, they placed an order for our full‑set seedling processing machines with special structural customizations to fit their greenhouse layout.
Automatic drum seeder machine and supporting units
이 automatic drum seeder machine (Model KMR‑200) has gone through targeted modification according to customer requirements:
- Working capacity: adjustable 400‑800 trays per hour
- Equipped with Siemens PLC automatic control system, main body made of stainless steel
- Custom changes: shortened the front and rear sections, extended tray‑placing area and added foldable supporting legs
- Free accessories: three brushes, two motors and one toolbox with spare parts
Matched auxiliary machines in this shipment:
- Soil conveyor: assists substrate transporting for continuous production
- 3KW air compressor: provides air power source for the seeder
- 2m³ substrate soil crusher & mixer: crushes and mixes growing substrate, adapted to local 480V 60Hz three‑phase power supply
Machine packing and container loading
All equipment passed factory pre‑delivery inspection and test run before packaging. We provided test videos using customer‑compatible seedling trays for confirmation.
Each machine unit is wrapped with stretch film for dust‑proof and anti‑collision protection. Spare parts and tool kits are separately packed. The whole set of machinery is securely fixed inside the container for LCL sea transportation to Canada. Loading photos record the whole shipment process.
After‑sales technical support
We deliver complete operation manuals and operating videos for the full nursery line. Lifelong online technical guidance is available.
After the machines arrive at the destination, our team will offer remote support for equipment assembly, parameter adjustment, blade replacement, and daily maintenance, helping the customer launch stable seedling production.
