(1). operator places too much corns into machine or the it is not uniform to put corn into machine.
(2). The threshing gap between the groove and the concave plate is too large.
(3). The rotation speed of the drum is too low;
(4). The corn is too moist.
Решение
(1). reduce the amount of feed, even feeding.
(2). Correctly adjust the threshing gap, and replace the worn parts in time.
(3). The pulley of the power Обмолотчик кукурузы should match the pulley of the thresher. If the pulley is slippery, adjust the tensioner to tighten the belt.
(4). the straw too wet food should be properly ventilated, dried and then threshed.
2. Уровень очистки обмолотчик кукурузы низкий.
Причина:
(1). Недостаточный воздушный поток вызывает проскальзывание ремня, из-за чего скорость вентилятора не достигает нормы.
(2). Винт шкива вентилятора ослаблен, что вызывает холостую работу, и вентилятор не может работать нормально.
(3). В барабане для обмолота слишком много соломы.
Решение:
(1). Проверьте натяжение ремня вентилятора, если натяжной ролик слишком свободен, правильно отрегулируйте натяжитель и затяните ролик до нужного уровня; если фиксирующий винт шкива вентилятора ослаблен, затяните его.
(2). Уменьшить количество подачи зерна или отрегулировать зазор подачи.
