打谷机一般包括以下主要部分：脱粒装置、分离装置、谷物清理装置、传动装置和机架。其中，脱粒装置、分离装置和谷物清理装置是打谷机械的三大核心部件。
常见故障与解决方案
脱粒不干净
原因：喂入量过大或不均匀；谷条与凹板之间的脱粒间隙过大；滚筒速度过低；谷物过湿。
调整方法
- 减少喂入量，均匀喂入。
- 正确调整脱粒间隙，及时更换严重磨损的零部件。
- 动力机的皮带轮与打谷机的皮带轮应合理配合。如轮子打滑失去转动，应调整张紧轮以收紧皮带。
- 湿度过大的谷物应在打谷前适当通风干燥。
谷物清洁度差
原因：风扇转速低。大部分风扇过于松动，导致皮带打滑，造成风扇转速无法达到设计指标，或因风扇轮螺钉松动，轮空转，风扇无法正常驱动；滚筒中的作物茎过多。
调整方法：
- 检查风扇传动皮带的松紧程度。如过松，应适当调整张紧轮以收紧皮带至适当水平；如风扇轮的固定螺钉松动，应紧固。
- 减少喂入量或正确调整喂入间隙。
碎米过多
原因：脱粒间隙过小或滚筒速度过高；喂入不均匀或谷物过干或过湿。
调整方法：
- 检查脱粒间隙是否正常。一般来说，脱小麦的最小间隙不应小于4毫米。此外，检查滚筒轮与动力轮的匹配是否合理、准确。如有问题，应调整或更换。
- 尽量确保喂入均匀，干谷多喂，湿谷少喂。
尘出口排出谷粒过多
原因：排风量过大；凹板孔堵塞。
调整方法：
- 首先检查风扇转速是否符合规定。如不符合要求，进行调整。调整时，检查风扇轮直径是否合理选择。
- 关闭电源，切断电源，清除凹板孔堵塞。
五、严重堵塞
原因：谷物过湿，喂入量过大；滚筒速度过低；滚筒棒损坏，草缠绕；凹板严重磨损或损坏；喂入链松动或夹草间隙过大，导致滚筒夹草过多。
调整方法：
- 适当减少喂入量，保持喂入均匀。
- 检查电源是否充足或电压是否过低，电源是否合理。同时检查传动皮带的张紧程度，检查轮是否打滑或空转。
- 如果滚筒棒损坏， 应 及时修理。
- 修理或更换凹板。
- 调整喂入链的张紧度，同时注意检查真空风扇皮带的张紧度和风扇转速。
