- 操作过程中，必须时刻注意运转声音是否正常。如果没有，应立即停机检查。当出现堵塞时，应及时关闭进料塞，以降低出料口压力。

Precautions for peeling different grains
玉米脱皮
一般采用湿法脱皮，要求玉米含水量达到16-17%。用水浸泡10分钟左右，时间不能太长。工作时严禁玉米表面有水。
小麦脱皮
小麦水分需要达到12-13%，浸泡时间15分钟左右。排出口压力不宜太紧。
稻米脱皮
更换筛子并调节出口压力。
当停止时 玉米磨粉机
1、关机前应先关闭送料板，半分钟后切断电源停机。
- 磨头偶尔发出撞击声是正常现象。
3、用户可通过调节无级破碎手柄来控制成品砂粒的粒度。
