We have completed the production and commissioning of a hydraulic silage baling machine and shipped it to Portugal. The customer operates a large-scale dairy farm that requires substantial storage of silage feed, such as corn stalks and grass to ensure balanced nutrition for dairy cows throughout the year. To enhance silage baling efficiency and reduce storage/transportation costs, the client selected our hydraulic baling equipment.

Recommended equipment & Configuration details

Based on feed consumption and operational requirements, we recommended a dual-bar bagged silage hydraulic baler. Specifications:

  • Voltage: 380V 50Hz Three-phase power
    Power: 15kW
  • Output: 90-120 bales/hour
  • Cylinder diameter: 2×160mm, water-cooled hydraulic oil
  • Discharge opening dimensions: 70×28×38cm
  • Weight: 1260kg
  • Overall dimensions: 3450×2550×2800mm

The machine features a funnel-shaped feed inlet and undergoes factory testing prior to shipment. One limit switch and one solenoid valve are included free of charge to facilitate future maintenance.

Additionally, to ensure the seal integrity and extended shelf life of silage, double-layer packaging bags (outer woven PP bag, inner plastic PE bag, dimensions 70*130cm) are provided as standard accessories, guaranteeing prolonged freshness and nutritional retention of the feed.

Hydraulic silage baling machine application value

This silage baler excels in high compression efficiency, excellent packing density, and user-friendly operation. It can process 90-120 bales per hour, significantly boosting feed handling speed.

The dual-layer packaging design effectively blocks air, ensuring optimal fermentation quality and extended shelf life, providing robust support for long-term feed storage in dairy farms.
