中国精米机的质量状况，国家粮油加工机械质量监督检验中心在广西、湖南、山东、四川、辽宁等省（区）的30家精米机使用单位进行了运行调查。对30家碾米机用户进行质量安全调查情况如下：

2. Security protection. Only two user rice mill safety guards were complete, accounting for 6.7% of the total surveyed; 70% of users removed the safety guards, and 23.3% of the users did not have safety guards when they purchased the machine.
3. Safety signs. Only one user with safety signs meeting the standard requirements accounted for 3.3% of the total surveyed; 23.3% of the users reported that the safety signs of the rice milling machine were incomplete or unclear, and 73.3% of the users had no safety signs on the rice mill.
4. 米の品質の加工。品質の良い米を加工しているユーザーは 8 社あり、調査対象総量の 26.7% を占めています。ユーザーの73.3%は、米に穀物が多く含まれ、米が多く含まれるという品質の問題を抱えています。
5. 部品の品質。部品の品質を向上させたユーザーは 15 名で、調査総数のうち 50% を占めました。中でも、もみふるいやゴムローラーなどの主要部品の品質不良と寿命の短さの問題が特に顕著です。
