There are several reasons for the oil consumption of guillotine grinder:
- 点検部分は油殻側の前面にあり、回転輪と同じ側にあります。エンジン座のネジが緩んでいるため、回転輪が長時間三角ベルトの引きによってフレームの角鉄に擦れ、油漏れが発生し、油殻が摩耗して隙間ができることがあります。

- 接続ガスケットが緩んで不完全であり、損傷したガスケットは交換する必要があります。
- 長期間にわたり、チョッパーエンジンの通常の摩耗と損耗が増加しています。
- ディーゼルエンジンの始動が困難な場合、排気管に明らかな青煙が出ることがあり、呼吸器の燃料噴射に深刻な影響を与えます。オイルリングの内側支持ねじスプリングがオイルリングの開口部で破損し、油のこすりと燃焼を引き起こし、深刻な油耗症状をもたらします。
