In order to understand the quality of 米工場 in China, the National Grain and Oil Processing Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center has carried out the operation of 30 rice mill users in Guangxi, Hunan, Shangdong, Sichuan and Liaoning provinces. The quality and safety survey of 30 米粉砕機 users is as follows:
1. 使い方の訓練。調査対象の3人のユーザーだけが、使用前に会社から訓練を受けたと報告しており、調査総数の10％を占めます。残りのユーザーは訓練を受けていませんでした。
2. Security protection. Only two user rice mill safety guards were complete, accounting for 6.7% of the total surveyed; 70% of users removed the safety guards, and 23.3% of the users did not have safety guards when they purchased the machine.
3. Safety signs. Only one user with safety signs meeting the standard requirements accounted for 3.3% of the total surveyed; 23.3% of the users reported that the safety signs of the 米粉砕機 were incomplete or unclear, and 73.3% of the users had no safety signs on the rice mill.
4. 米の品質処理。良質な米を処理しているユーザーは8人で、調査対象の26.7％を占めます。73.3％のユーザーは、米に多くの粒や米が含まれるという品質の問題を抱えています。
5. 部品の品質。15人のユーザーが部品の品質を挙げており、調査総数の50％を占めています。その中で、米篩やゴムローラーなどの主要部品の品質不良や耐用年数の短さが特に顕著です。
