In order to understand the quality of 쌀 가공기 in China, the National Grain and Oil Processing Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center has carried out the operation of 30 rice mill users in Guangxi, Hunan, Shangdong, Sichuan and Liaoning provinces. The quality and safety survey of 30 쌀 가공기 users is as follows:
1. 사용 방법 교육. 사용 전에 회사로부터 교육을 받은 사용자는 3명으로 전체 조사 대상의 10%에 해당하며, 나머지 사용자는 교육을 받았습니다.
2. Security protection. Only two user rice mill safety guards were complete, accounting for 6.7% of the total surveyed; 70% of users removed the safety guards, and 23.3% of the users did not have safety guards when they purchased the machine.
3. Safety signs. Only one user with safety signs meeting the standard requirements accounted for 3.3% of the total surveyed; 23.3% of the users reported that the safety signs of the 쌀 가공기 were incomplete or unclear, and 73.3% of the users had no safety signs on the rice mill.
4. 쌀 품질 처리. 품질이 좋은 쌀을 가공하는 사용자는 8명으로 전체 조사 대상의 26.7%이며, 73.3%의 사용자는 쌀에 곡물과 쌀이 더 많이 포함되는 품질 문제를 가지고 있습니다.
5. 부품 품질. 15명의 사용자가 부품의 품질을 지적했으며, 전체 조사 대상의 50%에 해당합니다. 이 중에서도 쌀 체와 고무 롤러와 같은 핵심 부품의 품질 저하와 수명 단축 문제가 특히 두드러졌습니다.
