In order to understand the quality of nhà máy xay xát in China, the National Grain and Oil Processing Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center has carried out the operation of 30 rice mill users in Guangxi, Hunan, Shangdong, Sichuan and Liaoning provinces. The quality and safety survey of 30 Máy xay gạo users is as follows:
1. Cách sử dụng đào tạo. Chỉ có 3 người dùng báo cáo rằng họ đã được đào tạo bởi công ty trước khi sử dụng, chiếm 10% tổng số khảo sát. Phần còn lại của người dùng đã được đào tạo.
2. Security protection. Only two user rice mill safety guards were complete, accounting for 6.7% of the total surveyed; 70% of users removed the safety guards, and 23.3% of the users did not have safety guards when they purchased the machine.
3. Safety signs. Only one user with safety signs meeting the standard requirements accounted for 3.3% of the total surveyed; 23.3% of the users reported that the safety signs of the Máy xay gạo were incomplete or unclear, and 73.3% of the users had no safety signs on the rice mill.
4. Xử lý chất lượng gạo. Có 8 người dùng xử lý gạo chất lượng tốt, chiếm 26,7% tổng số khảo sát; 73,3% người dùng gặp vấn đề về chất lượng chứa nhiều hạt và nhiều gạo trong gạo.
5. Chất lượng của các bộ phận. Mười lăm người dùng nêu vấn đề về chất lượng của các bộ phận, chiếm 50% tổng số khảo sát. Trong đó, các vấn đề về chất lượng kém và tuổi thọ ngắn của các bộ phận chính như lưới sàng gạo và con lăn cao su đặc biệt nổi bật.
