In order to understand the quality of rice mills in China, the National Grain and Oil Processing Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center has carried out the operation of 30 rice mill users in Guangxi, Hunan, Shangdong, Sichuan and Liaoning provinces. The quality and safety survey of 30 rice milling machine users is as follows:
1. 교육 이용방법. 전체 설문 조사 수 중 10%를 차지하는 사용자는 3명만이 사용 전에 회사로부터 교육을 받았다고 보고했습니다. 나머지 사용자는 교육을 받았습니다.
2. Security protection. Only two user rice mill safety guards were complete, accounting for 6.7% of the total surveyed; 70% of users removed the safety guards, and 23.3% of the users did not have safety guards when they purchased the machine.
3. Safety signs. Only one user with safety signs meeting the standard requirements accounted for 3.3% of the total surveyed; 23.3% of the users reported that the safety signs of the rice milling machine were incomplete or unclear, and 73.3% of the users had no safety signs on the rice mill.
4. 쌀의 품질을 가공합니다. 양질의 쌀을 가공하는 사용자는 8명으로 조사 대상 전체의 26.7%를 차지합니다. 73.3% 사용자는 쌀에 곡물이 많고 쌀이 더 많이 포함되어 품질 문제가 있습니다.
5. 부품의 품질. 15명의 사용자가 부품 품질을 향상시켜 전체 설문 조사 수 중 50%를 차지했습니다. 그중에서도 쌀 체, 고무 롤러 등 핵심 부품의 품질이 좋지 않고 수명이 짧은 문제가 특히 두드러집니다.
