Silage round baler working principle

1. Silage enters the baling chamber via a conveyor belt.
2. The material is compressed into standard round bales and undergoes preliminary binding with twine or plastic netting.
3. Upon completion of binding, the chamber door automatically opens, allowing the round bale to enter the wrapping zone.
4. A double layer of plastic film automatically envelops the bale, with thickness and tension adjustable via the PLC control panel.
5. Upon completion of wrapping, the bale is automatically discharged.
6. The entire process operates continuously, minimising manual intervention and enhancing production efficiency.
