As we all know, machine many occur some problems when operation. The biggest problem is that corn kernels can not be threshed fully. Today I will introduce some common problems and suggestions for you.
1. کچھ مکئی کے دانے اب بھی گٹھلیوں پر ہیں۔
reason:
(1). operator places too much corns into machine or the it is not uniform to put corn into machine.
(2). The threshing gap between the groove and the concave plate is too large.
(3). The rotation speed of the drum is too low;
(4). The corn is too moist.
حل
(1). reduce the amount of feed, even feeding.
(2). Correctly adjust the threshing gap, and replace the worn parts in time.
(3). The pulley of the power مکئی کا تھریشر should match the pulley of the thresher. If the pulley is slippery, adjust the tensioner to tighten the belt.
(4). the straw too wet food should be properly ventilated, dried and then threshed.
2. صفائی کی شرح مکئی کا تھریشر کم ہے۔
وجہ:
(1). ہوا کے حجم کی کمی کی وجہ سے بیلٹ سلپ ہوتا ہے، جس کے نتیجے میں پنکھے کی رفتار مطلوبہ حد تک نہیں پہنچتی۔
(2). پنکھے کے پُلّے کا پیچ ڈھیلا ہے، جس کی وجہ سے انڈولنگ ہوتی ہے، اور پنکھا معمول کے مطابق استعمال نہیں کیا جا سکتا۔
(3). چھلنی کے ڈرم میں بہت زیادہ تنکے ہیں۔
حل:
(1). ہوا کے حجم کا چیک کریں، اگر ہوا کے پُلّے کا تناؤ بہت ڈھیلا ہے، تو تناؤ کو مناسب طریقے سے ایڈجسٹ کریں اور پُلّے کو مناسب حد تک سخت کریں؛ اگر ہوا کے پُلّے کا فکسنگ پیچ ڈھیلا ہے، تو اسے سخت کریں۔
(2). مکئی کی مقدار کو کم کریں یا فیڈنگ گیپ کو ایڈجسٹ کریں۔
