为了解我国碾米机的质量，国家粮油加工机械质量监督检验中心对广西、湖南、山东、四川、辽宁等省的30户碾米机用户进行了现场作业调查。对30户碾米机用户的质量安全调查情况如下：
1.如何使用培训。只有3名用户表示在使用前接受过公司培训，占调查总数的10%。其余用户均接受了培训。
2. Security protection. Only two user rice mill safety guards were complete, accounting for 6.7% of the total surveyed; 70% of users removed the safety guards, and 23.3% of the users did not have safety guards when they purchased the machine.
3. Safety signs. Only one user with safety signs meeting the standard requirements accounted for 3.3% of the total surveyed; 23.3% of the users reported that the safety signs of the rice milling machine were incomplete or unclear, and 73.3% of the users had no safety signs on the rice mill.
4、大米品质加工。加工大米质量较好的用户8家，占调查总数26.7%；用户的73.3%存在大米中谷物含量较多、米粒较多的质量问题。
5、零件质量。 15位用户提出了零部件质量问题，占调查总数的50%。其中，米筛、胶辊等关键部件质量差、使用寿命短的问题尤为突出。
