We delivered multiple silage processing machines, including forage choppers and balers, to a major livestock farming client in the Philippines. This client operates a comprehensive grass cultivation and feed processing system, supplying high-quality silage to dairy and beef cattle farms. As production demands grew, the client sought efficient equipment to enhance feed quality and operational efficiency.

Delivered forage chopper and baler features
The delivered equipment comprises four silage choppers and two balers, forming a complete silage processing production line.
- Silage choppers: constructed from durable, high-strength materials, deliver high cutting efficiency, uniform output, and low energy consumption. They process various feed materials, including corn stalks, forage grasses, and peanut vines.
- Baler wrapper machine: automates the baling and wrapping process, ensuring a tight seal that extends the storage life of silage. This helps preserve nutrients, reduce labor costs, and maintain a clean production environment.
Workflow advantages and integration
By integrating a forage chopper with a baler, the customer established a complete processing workflow—from harvesting and chopping to baling and packaging.
This integrated system enhances production efficiency, reduces manual labor, and ensures consistent silage quality, providing reliable feed supply for large-scale livestock enterprises.

Collaboration and customer feedback
Our engineers provided customized solutions based on the customer’s forage type, yield, and production requirements, recommending optimal configurations to achieve maximum efficiency.
They plan to expand the production line in the future by purchasing additional feed processing and packaging equipment to further enhance automation levels and output.
