This order comes from a long-term UK client, marking our second equipment purchase together. The client operates large-scale grain cultivation and agricultural contracting services locally, primarily growing corn and wheat. They decided to introduce additional seed planter machine to meet diverse field and crop type requirements.
Based on positive feedback from the initial equipment, the client directly placed an additional order for multiple seeder models to support their new season’s field operations plan.
Seed planter machines equipment list
Tailored to the client’s crop structure and field layout, this order includes:
- 10 sets of 4-row corn seeders
- 10 sets of 5-row corn planters
- 8 sets of wheat planters
Additionally, to support the customer’s precision management during the seeding phase, we provided 40 complimentary fertilization tubes and seedling tubes for follow-up work.
Equipment purpose and application plan
The 4-row and 5-row corn seed planters will be deployed for corn cultivation across different field sizes, while the wheat planting machines will be used for winter wheat sowing projects.
This multi-model configuration enables the customer to flexibly switch between seasonal and crop-specific operations, enhancing overall agricultural machinery utilization.
The customer indicated this equipment expansion primarily aims to increase planting scale and boost spring and autumn sowing efficiency.
Machine production and packing/shipping
Following order confirmation, our factory promptly initiated production and comprehensive machine debugging to ensure compliance with export standards.
All seeders underwent quality inspections before shipment and were securely packed and fastened using reinforced packaging to guarantee safety during long-distance ocean transport.
The customer indicated that they will continue stable cooperation with our company in the future based on changes in planting area and agricultural machinery renewal plans.
