Eight, the transplanter pusher is uneven
In the process of actual rice transplanting, if there is a phenomenon that the pusher is not uniform, it may be related to the following points:
First, it may be a guide sleeve, a pusher, a fork, a separation tip and a cam. The wear is too heavy;
secondly, it may be that the push spring is broken;
thirdly, the bolt may be loosened;
fourthly, the pressure of the pressure plate groove may be serious;
fifth, it may be the lower shaft of the connecting rod and the lower shaft of the swing rod damaged badly by Rub.
The main measures are: replace the swing rod and the connecting rod shaft, re-adjust the amount of the picking and tighten the adjusting bolt, or replace the worn parts.
Nine, the transplanter‘s depth adjustment is out of control
In the actual rice transplanting machine, if there is a phenomenon of failure of the transplanting depth adjustment, it may be related to the serious wear of the fixed pin hole, the broken pin seat, and the lifting nut of the rice transplanter or the slider of the lifting rod. For these faults, the pinning seat should be welded in time, or the pin, lifting nut, lifting rod, etc. should be replaced.
