サツマイモ洗浄・皮むき機

サツマイモの表面の泥、砂、その他の不純物を除去できます。水は汚染のない清潔なものでなければなりません。その後、皮をむき、スクリューで運搬します。皮むき率は70％〜80％です。

サツマイモ粉砕機

回転ローラーの力で、サツマイモは小片に粉砕されます。排出口は機械の底にあり、出力を集める容器を置く必要があります。

油圧サツマイモプレス機

作業を始める前に、サツマイモの破片を袋に入れ、その後機械に入れます。油圧装置はサツマイモを完全に圧縮でき、排出口は二つあります。一つは圧搾水用、もう一つはサツマイモの網目用です。水はデンプン抽出に利用できます。

次のステップは、圧搾したサツマイモを24時間開放して発酵させることです。

サツマイモ粉砕機

粉砕機はサツマイモの泥状の液体を均一な粒度の粉末に粉砕します。ハンマーを備え、サツマイモを完全に粉砕します。

サツマイモ揚げ機

サツマイモを揚げることは非常に重要なステップです。なぜなら、加熱中に有毒物質を除去できるからです。加熱温度は約40-50度で、加熱時間も短いです。攪拌機の絶え間ない攪拌により、サツマイモ粉は均一に加熱されます。

選別機

粗いガリと細いガリを選別するために使用されます。細いガリは味が良く、市場で販売されます。さらに、選別機には三層のスクリーンがあり、選別効果が非常に良いです。
